PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) describes how SANAU Limited Liability Partnership (“SANAU”), BIN 230540009484, represented by Director A.V. Kim, acting by virtue of the Charter, collects, uses, records, stores and protects confidential information and personal data of various categories of visitors to the SANAU website and application (“the Software”) in the manner described herein:
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Policy is developed in accordance with the laws of the residence country of SANAU and the SANAU terms of service.
1.2. By using the Software and visiting the SANAU website, all categories of users and occasional visitors express their acceptance of the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, your use and visit must be immediately discontinued.
1.3. SANAU does not verify the information received (collected) about you and/or the information that you post in the Software, and shall bear no responsibility for its accuracy, reliability or legality.
2. Visitor Categories
To ensure a comprehensive understanding of this document, we draw your attention to the fact that visitors to the website are divided into the following categories:
2.1. Occasional Website Visitors − individuals visiting the General-Purpose Website (https://sanau.kz/) without authorization.
2.2. Potential Users − legal entities or individual entrepreneurs who consider the possibility of using the Software, provide their data for the demonstration of the Software.
2.3. Existing Users − legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals who cooperate with SANAU and use the Software.
2.4. Users' clients are persons who log in through the Client Website (https://auth.sanau.kz/) or the Application, to interact with existing users.
The provisions of this Policy apply to all categories of visitors, depending on what is applicable to them.
3. Cookies
3.1. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit any website. They are widely used to improve the performance of websites and to provide information to website owners.
3.2. SANAU uses cookies for the following purposes:
To ensure operation of our website and application, including ensuring the security and functionality of accounts.
To analyze our website traffic and user behavior, which helps us improve its content and functionality.
To display advertisements that may be of interest to visitors as well as to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

4.3. By voluntarily entering your personal data and/or disclosing them to our representatives, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept the provision of your personal data. Such acceptance shall confirm that you have given us the right to collect, process, store and destroy your personal data.
4.4. You shall independently collect consent for the collection, processing, storage and destruction of personal data of your employees and/or clients, since you are the person who initially receives and works with this data.
You also agree that personal data of both you and your employees and clients is provided to us and uploaded to the Software solely at your own free will. You acknowledge and agree that if you do not provide any personal data we will not be able to let you use the Software and provide you with our services in an efficient manner.
4.5. We may transfer your information (including personal data) to our employees (e.g. sales department), our affiliates (e.g. subsidiaries), third parties (including but not limited to services integrated into our Software, such as Telegram, What's App and/or their representatives, etc.) in order to assist in resolving issues that have arisen, consulting you, and improving the efficiency of your work in the Software.
Please note that the level of protection of your information in the residence country of SANAU may not be the same as that provided in your jurisdiction, and by using the Software you consent to such transfer and to such level of protection.
4.6. If you are located in a territory where your consent is required to transfer your information (including personal data) to another jurisdiction, then by using the Software, you give us your explicit and unambiguous consent to such transfer or storage, and/or processing of information as well as its destruction in other specified jurisdictions, including the residence country of SANAU.
4.7. You acknowledge and agree that we will share your information with government agencies only if requested to do so and unless we have a direct statutory right to refuse.
4.8. You acknowledge and agree that we do not check your information for compliance with the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, for correctness, for the maliciousness of downloaded files, etc. You bear all responsibility for the above factors both to us and to any third parties and government agencies of the country of the developer and rights holder of SANAU and/or the jurisdiction where you operate.
4.9. We will forward any claims regarding your information that we receive from third parties and/or government agencies to you. If an action is brought against us on this issue, you will have to take the place of the defendant as the proper defendant in the dispute.
4.10. As part of improving the functionality of our Software, artificial intelligence (AI) is integrated into it, which allows, by training it for specific requests and tasks of each company, to cover the following aspects of your work, including but not limited to:
Analyzing user correspondence, extracting useful information from it that will help in further configuration and training of the system.
Adapting to the unique needs and specifics of each company, in particular, by analyzing company files, to provide more relevant and useful recommendations.
Helping Users effectively formulate a task for their team based on the data analyzed.
Making transcripts of phone calls for further editing and summarizing as well as formulating tasks based on the transcripts.
This innovation is aimed at increasing the usability of the Software and improving the quality of management and control of requests in the companies of our Users.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy without prior notice to you and/or consent from you. Changes will be effective as of the time of their posting on the General-Purpose Website.
5.2. This Privacy Policy helps protect the data of all categories of users of and visitors to our website and application.
