RATE PLANS for the Right to Use the Software

Before connecting to the services of SANAU LLP (“SANAU”), please consider these Rate Plans and take into account the following aspects:

1. General Provisions

• 1.1. The payment currency depends on your country of residence. More detailed information is displayed in the price table (Appendix №1 to Rate Plans).
• 1.2. The rate plans are basic in content. You can expand the capabilities of the Software by connecting additional services (see below for additional services).
• 1.3. For consultation on Rate Plans and additional services, contact us or our representatives using the contact details listed on the General-Purpose Website.

2. Cost and Payment

• 2.1. The cost of services within each rate plan is formed taking into account SANAU's expenses for the original providers. For example, a cloud storage provider, integrated systems provider, etc. And it may be increased, in particular, if such expenses, beyond the control of SANAU, are increased by the original providers.
• 2.2. The number of your Clients and their representatives using the Software does not affect the pricing of Rate Plans, and is therefore not limited by us.
• 2.3. The minimum possible period for the right to use is 1 calendar month.
• 2.4. Payment methods and their features:
  • 2.4.1. Against the invoice we issue. The payment shall be deemed to have been made on the date that the money enters our current account. Payment against the invoice must be made within 5 (five) days following the day it is issued from our official e-mail address: [email protected].
  • 2.4.2. Withdrawal of funds from a bank card linked to the Software or our websites. If you choose the withdrawal method, it means that you automatically agree that every month, no later than the 5th (fifth) day from the beginning of the service month, funds will be withdrawn from your card according to the Rate Plan you have chosen. You also acknowledge and agree that we do not check whether your data matches your bank card data, and you shall be fully responsible for its inaccuracy and/or unlawful use.
  • 2.4.3. In addition to the above methods, other payment methods may be available to you depending on how we improve the functionality of the Software and our websites. For example, payment via SMS or QR code.
  • 2.4.4. You also acknowledge and agree that not all payment methods may be available in your region. This does not depend on us but on the restrictions imposed by the built-in payment system.
  • 2.4.5. According to our Rate Plans, you have the opportunity to pay for the use of our Software for 1 (one) calendar year at once and receive a discount. However, in this case, you acknowledge and agree that the amount will not be subject to recalculation and refund in the event of an earlier termination of the Agreement, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement itself and the fact that we properly fulfill our obligations and provide you with the right to use the Software under the terms established by the Agreement for the entire paid period. By paying the annual cost of using the Software at a beneficial (discounted) price, you agree that the amount will not be refunded to you in the event of early termination of the Agreement. We will receive the amount not used by you due to early termination of the Agreement in the form of a fine at the rate of 100% of such amount pursuant to Article 293 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • 2.4.6. The amount of payment, discounts, regions, restrictions and details of the contents of rate plans and additional services are reflected in the table, which is an integral part of the Rate Plans.

3. Additional Services and the Procedure for their Provision

• 3.1. Additional services can be provided through the marketplace built into the User's account as well as upon the User's request sent to our email in free form.
• 3.2. Regardless of whether they are provided through the marketplace or upon request, additional services can be provided on a paid or free basis. The corresponding section of Rate Plans and the marketplace will necessarily indicate prices if the service is paid.
• 3.3. If no functionality for making a payment is available in the marketplace, you may contact us by email, we will send you a corresponding invoice, after payment of which we will connect the service.
• 3.3.1. We leave open the possibility that for any technical reasons you may temporarily be unable to connect to additional services (both paid and free). If you have such issues, please contact us by email to resolve them.
• 3.4. We reserve the right to provide special offers to our Users on a case-by-case basis. All their conditions are also discussed on a case-by-case basis. To avoid missing out on tailored offers, you should not opt out of receiving our newsletters.
• 3.5. The Rate Plans is made in Russian and is a public document.
